Steve joined G&T in Industries in 2006. He and his family have been a part of the West Michigan community since 1993 where he has led diverse businesses through growth and transition in global markets. His experience includes positions as Materials and Operations Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager of multi-national organizations including operations, sales and trading relationships in Europe, Japan, China and Mexico. He has been a speaker in West Michigan on change management, cultural change, employee empowerment and international lean management processes. Steve believes in the development of organizations through employee development, education and employee involvement across the world. Steve and his wife Debra have two children and are all actively involved in development and education.
