Rol joined G&T Industries in 1995 as President of World Resource Partners, the international sourcing and logistics division of the company. In March 2005, after the ESOP purchase transaction was finalized, Rol became President of G&T Industries. In August, 2006, the Board of Directors approved his advancement to the CEO role for the company. Rol continues to serve as a member of the companies Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. Prior to joining G&T, Rol held a variety of Operational Leadership roles with Herman Miller, Inc. during his 19 year career at the Zeeland, Michigan based company. Rol has frequently lectured to business and educational groups regarding “Doing Business in China” and “International Sourcing and Logistics”. Rol is a member of the Chief Executive Network Organization and serves as an Advisory Board member for the International Business Graduate Program for Aquinas College. Rol and his wife Vickie have four children, Ginny, John, Julie, and Joe.
