G&T Adds Two More Waterjet Cutting Machines

G&T Industries, Inc. announced today that it has brought production online with two more waterjet cutting machines, one in Byron Center, MI and one in Jasper, IN.

“These capabilities of these two brand new machines effectively quadruples our capacity,” says Jay Loprest, VP of Manufacturing, “they will help us to further our position as the lead foam fabrication supplier to the packaging industry.”

Waterjet cutting technology is one of the fastest growing major machine tool processes in the world due to its versatility and ease of operation. There are virtually no limits to what waterjets can cut and greater material utilization and efficiency result in savings to customers.  G&T does not use abrasives so its customers receive high quality complex parts that are dust free and ideal for packaging of class A components.
